Appointments and Scheduling

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, through our website, or in person. We will confirm your appointment via your preferred communication method. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee services until you arrive and are seen by a provider.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or restrictions on future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure all patients receive adequate care and attention.
